Default 01 cobra

I'd like some suggestions on a good suspension for an 01 cobra, I'd like to drop it anywhere from an inch to an inch and a half all the way around! I'd like to get some good quality suspension, I mean I'm not out for the best race car ever but I do wanna keep my car very dependable and with the best parts possible as long as the price is reasonable!!!

how sensitive are you to ride quality? how much can you spend? Is it for hot street driving only or are you going to take it to the track? what kind of track? Are you particularly hard on your car?

I've got lots and lots and lots of practice on modding IRS cars... gimme some answers and I'll make some parts lists.

I can't complain much about the stock suspension I like the way it rides I just want to drop it a lil bit and no I'm not hard on my car on a daily basis, it's a daily driver, but when I get the hp where i want it I will retire it to the garage and only take it out occasionally. I dont run it on the track much, maybe once a month or every other month on a simple asphalt 1/4 mile track. I street race it even less than that. Money isn't a huge factor, but I don't want to spend a crazy amount on a part. If I feel like I'm getting a good deal for a part then I don't mind paying high dollar for it if I feel like it is worth it and it's what I want ! At the same time I don't go for the cheapest part either because I know I will end up with a crappy car and end up spending more money to fix the problems that will occur from bad parts. Thanks alot!!!

given that... FRPP J springs, MM CC plates, MM subframe connectors, and a set of used 03 cobra bilsteins off ebay (or new ones, if you go new use foxbody fronts).

Those things will get it lower and snappier.

MT should carry all of it except for the used bilsteins.

Figure 200-250 for springs, 200 for CC plates, 70-200 for subframes.

I'll update this post with some links. I'm assuming your car is a hardtop not a vert.

Springs: MT may be able to get them for you as well http://www.speedconcepts.net/product...roducts_id=223
Caster Camber plates: http://www.americanmuscle.com/maximu...tes-94-04.html
Subframe connectors: http://www.americanmuscle.com/maximu...onnectors.html
Shocks/struts: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOKIC...QQcmdZViewItem

The shocks & struts took me a little to find the right part for you.
