Car Show / Cruise (Saturday 8 am - 5 pm)
Laser Show Spectacular (Saturday 9:30 PM (40 min.)
The Varsity Downtown (Sunday 10:30 am)

Im not going to make a post about how ghetto Stone Mountain is.

Or about how it would be wise to be strapped for the Varsity visit.

I don't know why you always have to post something negative each year in my post about this. We have been gathering at Stone Mountain for 3 years in a row and have yet to have "ghetto" issues or even see what you always talk about.

Out of all the times I have been to The Varsity, it is filled with families and older couples.

If you don't have anything worth contributing to this thread, don't contribute.

 

Not to be a downer either, but i LIVE in Atlanta, and yeah, Stone Mountain USED to be a cool spot to cruise and have events but now it just sucks. And yes, the Varsity is ghetto as ****. Now say something to ME bout it, cuz like i said, I ****** LIVE here. Thank you, that is all.

 

Whoah guys, easy.... I've been to a lot of places that people claim to be hell on earth, but that's because you live there and you have to see it every day, it doesn't necessarily have the same affect on people that visit there for a day at a time.

And crashoverload dude is spot on for a similar reason I am...My addy was Stone Mtn Ga for 2 years. I could see the stone from my balcony. the place is a ghetto mess. Just dont get lost and go into the Timber Trace apartments...you may not come out alive.

 

Now, now...when I visited maryland I went through some ghetto outside of towson, and I thought it was just lovely. Everyone was out and about. It looked like a big party! Just because they're dangerous doesnt mean they cant be super fun..
