I'm not trying to add to this, but Dustin/Ryan, you as mods need to IP ban him instead of letting him get his rocks off every once in a while being an e-thug. I honestly don't have a problem with Ryan, but I do think it's kind of a joke that he is a mod here and it most definitely does have to do with the fact that all of you guys are buddies. If you're going to ban Stephen, do it right and ban his IP, yes he can change his IP, but his IQ would probably have to be higher than 5 to accomplish that and if his posts here are any indication of that then he doesn't have a prayer.

How many times has he come back now? This would make at least 5 or 6.

Mods don't have the ability to IP ban. No matter how much you complain about how I should be ip banning, I can't do it. Admins can do it, but as a mod I cannot.
