Whoa, have you ever been so shocked by someone's actions that you're completely speechless? This afternoon I was going to Blockbuster and I got into the parking lot, parked next to a white Dogde Ram pickup, and when I opened my door I accidentally rested it on the truck's door (seriously, I'm not down playing what happened). I got up and as soon as I did I got an extremely dirty look from a girl in the passenger seat of the truck. I was really surprised because I didn't know anyone was in it, so I immediately mouthed "sorry" and then figured everything was good, so I started to walk away. But just then a man leapt out of the driver's seat, asked me where I was going, grabbed me by my collar, pulled me back in between our two cars and then sort of threw me into my car. He knelt down and examined both of our cars while I just stood there, shocked. Obviously there was not the slightest damage, so he turned around, got right in my face and then said "OK, you can go now" with a look in his eyes like he wanted to shank me. I again apologized but he ignored it.

If I could do this over, I would've given him a serious piece of my mind. He had no right to grab and toss me around like he did. Damn, what a day.

Well if he would have grabbed me he might be missing a limb right now.

similar incident happned to me at the local coffee shop went inside to get a coffee and as i was going to my car this fag kid with a red dodge neon and his girlfriend driving is continuisly swinging his door open and close trying to hit my car door he saw me and stopped i said to him "wtf r u doing" i examined my car and said to him "your lucky mother****er" and started to drive away.. luckily i parked out of reach of his door so he couldnt hit me.. i was with my 6'8 friend so as soon as he saw us he stopped and was silent..

That's what I mean, looking back on it I can't believe I let him do it, but I was so surprised that I couldn't even say anything to him. I was speechless and frozen.

I would of been pissed.

If I didnt have a stang I would of re-opened my door and made sure i nailed his truck

as soon as the guy put his hands on me there would be an all out brawl between us 2. I would have defended myself, kicked his ass (if he was obviously weaker than I) and then do a burn-out on his face while he was on the ground.

the guy seemed really really pissed for him to act that way. the girl that was with him must have twisted what actually happened...

lol me to...I would have opened my door mad quick and fukk up his door panel.
and then say..NOW YOU GOT SUTTIN TO BE MAD ABOUT BBIIIOOOTTCHHH!!!!! and then leave..lol

Would have whay-layed his *** out, and then just bought him a free movie as i sorry gift.

I guarantee he was just trying to impress the girl with being all tough crap

There is a lot you coulda done.

First off, you could sue his ****ing ass off as it is right now, that is assault. Now, that is kinda the bitch thing to do in my mind though, none the less, you could sue him for aggravated assault and mental suffering and crap like that. Any lawyer would get you some money.

Honestly, i coulda beat the **** out of him between the cars and cleaned my rims with his ****ing teeth. Then i would have made him apologize to his girlfriend for being an asshole. One of the fastest ways to get laid down is to grab me from behind, i dont take kindly to that.
I dunno if yer big or tough or anything, but if he threw you in yer car you shoulda held onto his hand and slammed the door once yer in. That'll break his ****ing arm pretty quick. Watch mr. big bad truck guy writh on the ground crying about his ****ing stupid broke ass arm.

Or better yet, get back out and tell him to get the **** out of yer way. If he looks like he was gonna hit you then you can tell him to swing away, you will have fun owning his ****ing truck, house, and getting part of his paycheck for the next 5 years. its amazing how fast that humbles somone up.

you should have ripped his side mirror off and gave it to him and told him to use it to get a better angle on the "mark". Then, walked off and blow his girlfriend a kiss!

I someone was in the truck, i immediately would have apologized for what happened. After that, if the guy did to me what he did to you, i can honestly say i would be in jail right about now.:)

get his tag number, have a cop buddy look up his address. then go by there and carve "ffuuck your door" all over his car in keyed paint

yah thats true. If the guy is that big of a jackass im sure he knows how to fight. Coulda gotten his plate number and called the police and filed a report of roadrage and stuff. There are other ways to fight than to swing fists. Honestly, i'd rather get my ass beaten that have sonone take me to court and have my wages garnished for the next 5 years to pay off a lawsuit.

either way, F'him. You were defiantly the adult in the situation. You were probably better off just letting him be a punk. Gotta pick and choose yer battles, some of them just arent worth the effort. The guy is an asshole, and will probably die alone and miserable. He will get his "come-uppins" sooner or later.
