SLP exhaust components are some of the best made for Mustangs. High quality stuff! The Loudmouth is very loud. It will make your car sound like a race car with your other exhaust mods. It will be loud as hell.

Fantastic quality product. It sounds just plain mean on our 96 Cobra with the stock h-pipe. With an off-road pipe it would be nasty. I've asked for the new Fox kit for Christmas for the 93.

Just the exhaust itself I do not believe is as loud as what people make it to be. But with you mods it will def be loud, lol. I got full exhaust with SLP and if I could do it again I would get the exact same thing, it's my favorite thihng on the car

sure it's not because you have Loudmouth II..I only have Loudmouth I catback right now with the stock headers and stock H pipe and I was surprised how loud it was.. I am very pleased with what I chose.

FLOWMASTER - no substitues - nothing sounds better than flows PERIOD - my mustang is louder than anyones I ever seen - and it doesnt pop or sound "metal" at high rpm - the flows bellow better and are deeper than any other - go with 40 series flows - they're cheap and they're the best
- I have LT's no cats and 2 40's - mean as hell

today was the first day i took my stang to my school w/ the new exhaust (SLP catback only)...some of the more car enthused people thought it had no cats cause it was loud...you will deffinatly not be dissapointed.....its not as loud as i want it so after chrismas im going to get the catted x and race pipes to go along w/ it.....it startles u when u start it up...

i get nothing but compliments about it...i took one of my friends for a ride (he drive an Audi A4) and he was amazed how loud it was as just a catback....get it and dont regret it

Any exhaust is loud with out cats or LT's

I had a flowmaster exhaust i mine when i bought it, just stock mid and headers. It sounded really good, nice deep sound. If you like the deep sound and not so much the raspier loud sound, Flowmaster is a good choice. Figure out if you plan on doing LT headers though. Then I got SLP LT's and catted X, with the flowmaster still on it. It definately was louder, but no longer had the unique flowmaster sound. Here is when I put on the SLP LMII, and it made it sound hella better.

Don't buy flows please. First and formost they don't flow well at all. They are horribly designed mufflers and over used. SLP's sound awesome so do Corsa's, Bassani's etc. But please please don't buy flows. Unless you want a annoying drone on the freeway...Or you want to be louder then everyone else eventhough Spintech's would probably be the loudest anyways...

I cant agree with this. Flowmasters have been around a LONG TIME. Yes, a lot of people have them, but to say they are designed poorly, and dont fit well, hmm. They are designed to make the sound, not the power like SLP's, which are just basically a straight, hollow piece of stainless. And every SLP setup Ive ever heard of was louder than my flowmaster setup. Its all about preference.

I never said they don't fit well. They're mufflers any good exhaust chop can make aything fit. By poorly designed I meant the baffles in there mufflers and the horrible flow you get from them.

Sorry thats my bad. I misread your post to say FIT instead of FLOW. Yes, they flow horribly compared to other mufflers, its just all about that sound.
