Gears
Which ones should I get?
|
1.63's. Youll go 400 mph with the stock engine.
|
Do I need any special grease with that? How much to install? Could I get 24's for those gears?
|
I would suggest 6.30's. You will be unbeatable in the 50 yard dash.

Don't forget to grease your muffler bearings.

Blake, don't get gears, you can change the size of the wheels instead for the same effect. I recommend 4" lawnmower wheels. As an added bonus, since you'll have to remove your brakes for them to fit, you save some weight too! |

OK new wheels installed. Took it to the track afterwards and running 8.94 1/4 mile now. Little trouble hooking up so I ordered 8 inch lowering springs to see if that will help.
