So...tonight..some bull **** goes down over at my friends house while everyone is trying to sleep..I jump up..more BS goes on ect...a buddy of mine ends up walking toward his house..

Hes drunk..I mean..dead drunk..I'm about sober after a couple of games of beer pong and then a few hours of not drinking... Well I take him to the gas station to meet his brother who is susposed to take him home..

Well his brothers drunk, decides to sucker punch me... Mind you..I had surgery about 3 weeks ago...well I let it go until about...oh...now... since my fiance isn't smart enough to leave when I tell her to...

So now I'm set with a dilemma... do I find this tool and just beat what brains hes susposed to have in him..or do I let him walk away..

This dues got oh..45 or so lbs on me..I'm about 145ish where I'm at... but god damn I took a hit like a champ.... went to a knee got up and laughed... not to mention my head was turned... TBH...this guy I'm 100% sure can't box...if I get him to the ground...I'll probably do my best to kill him... but at this point..is jail worth it?

As of right now... his time is ticking...we'll see each other again I'm positive of...the outcome isn't going to be good though...

 

The right thing to do would be to just walk away from the situation, but beating his *** would feel so much better.

 

Id jut let it go, his drunk antics arent worth jail time for you.

 

My group of friend's belief is that being drunk doesn't give you free range to act like a jackass. If I had been in your situation he would have gotten a punch back and then seen where it went from there. Plenty of possible exceptions that could be taken into account though.

Yea. Well I established that I'm just going to wait a couple weeks or so..I'll find him eventually...I know who the guy is, I know the whereabouts where he hangs out... this shouldn't be an issue.. I've been drunk, I've done stupid ****.. but not hitting someone who didn't try to do anything..

The worst part about it was was as soon as I got hit i thought "this dude hits like a bitch..i should get up and whip his ***" but where I was and what time it was..I knew there would be cops around..I don't need to go to jail because some dude wants to think he can drop me quick cause I'm smaller took a shot..

I know I can find him, I know I can hurt him, and I know I won't get arrested...I'll be waiting for the right time..maybe when I'm all good and healed up..

I hit a knee. Three weeks after surgery, and a punch straingt to the neck/jaw area.. got up and kinda smiled thinking "wow dude, thats it." Ya know..to cheap shot someone and knock them out cold is one thing..to cheap shot someone and have the guy get up..well..thats an asswhooping and a half..

I plan on taking a nasty shot at him...if he doesn't go to the ground then, I'll take him down.. I feel better on the ground then taking shots standing up...I'll wrap a leg around his neck and clench in with the other..while pounding away at his eyebrows... (soft spot bleeds easier..and hurts like a bitch..) If I'm healthy and he actually does make it back to his feet, well, another 2-3 punches and he'll see the back of his eyelids..

I've been in fights with guys bigger then me, maybe stronger, that didn't matter. I haven't gotten into a fight since right after highschool so its been 3 years. I've got more to lose then what I did back then...I'd rather be careful instead of just going after someone..

 

+1 it really doesnt mean ****...at all. Id say let it go. The time to have reacted was the time that it happened. If you let it go that night, why bring it up again later when he might not even remember what happened. Plus, what do you have to prove anyway??? Nobody is saying you are less of a man cause you got hit by some drunk *** outta nowhere. You have got to try and stay in the "Go" mindset and never get taken by surprise. If he was drunk I wouldve taken him down as non violently as possible. If you told him " i dont wanna fight" and he still kept coming, its self-defense and pummel his *** with no mercy. Never have any mercy towards a person that for no reason wishes to hurt you. You have to realize how it will look to bystanders also. If he is threatening you and you just stick him, even if he threw the 1st punch, they may have never saw him do it and people will say " I saw them arguing and the one guy just pounced him". But if you make it known very loudly that you dont want to fight, and he keeps coming, PUNISH HIM. Other than that walk away. Just because you can hurt someone doesnt mean you should.

your hands will take care of the rest of your body, and if your hands are GOOD, you shouldnt end up on the floor..... If your hands arent up to par how do you expect to grapple with a larger guy. When you are standing nose to nose it doesnt matter how strong the other person is...this is the time to redirect his energy back into himself. Once you are on the floor, unless you have some serious ground and pound skills, the larger guy wins 9 times outta 10. take care of business quickly and efficiently.

 

You getting in trouble for what he should be put in jail for isn't worth it. I'd say just wait until you see him again and hope that he initiates it... let him get a hit or two in on your perhaps and then go ape **** on his ***.

 

i hate these fucken posers these days who jump on the MMA bandwagon cause its the thing to do...just because you wrestle with your brother in the backyard shirtless and then throw on a couture shirt doesnt make you a MMA fighter, and a real mma fighter wont mind showing you that,....and neither would I. btw im not an mma fighter, just your normal everyday guy with some serious hand to hand combat self-defense skills. mma is a sport, and I dont play that one point here one point there, he hit me in the ***** ****. Im going for the centerline and ending it....eyes, throat, solar plexus, *****, knee, and if you turn, ears and the back of the neck.

SnT, I say wait a while. Do like my grandpa used to do to my dad and uncles. They'd do something bad and they'd go to bed thinking they got away with it. About an hour after they went to bed, my grandpa would go in there, pull back the covers, and beat their asses.

Let the guy think he got away with it. Wait until you see him again to see if he says anything. Hell, me might even apologize to you. If he doesn't, that's when you act on it. When you feel like the time and the place has arrived say "hey man, remember when you sucker punched me when I was recovering from surgery? Well, if you don't remember that, maybe you'll remember this..." and proceed to beat his ***.

We aren't talking about a guy whos a trained fighter or anything, we're talking about some guy who thinks hes tough **** and in reality, probably can't fight worth a damn. My main concerns that night though were: I just had surgery, if I get punched/kicked in the guts, I'm done and not getting up until the ambulance shows up probably. 2. Its early saturday morning, on a stretch of road where cops frequent, I'm not trying to go to jail, regardless on who started it. 3. My girl is with me, if i do go to jail, i'd rather her not be around.. and 4. My car is RIGHT THERE... if we start going at it...i don't want any dents in my car. lol.

 

You should NEVER go to the ground in a street fight. MMA techniques dont belong on the street at all. You never know whos douchebag buddy is going to come kick you in the back of your head.

APPARENTLY this guy tried to call me monday night... but from what I've told everyone...I don't want the apology...you hit me..you're getting hit..

I'll be smart though, wait til I'm healed up and then next time I see him do what I gotta do.. other then that... not much more to be said..

His brother and everyone else is no longer allowed at the shop, whether they did anything or not, its not acceptable from the owners standpoint, you don't hit someone who is trying to help your brother out..

On the plus side, I made $500 wiring up the owners generator to a higher breaker ect.
