I thought i'd voice my opinion about this dude, and all the **** that has been surrounding him.

I don't think anyone should be flaming the dude now that he was temporarily banned. People keep b*tching about this guy, because you don't agree with alot of the things he says. Its called an opinion for a reason. Everyone has a right to one. Mixedbreed was incredibly opinionated but we can't blame him for it. I think he was a great contributor to this forum. Something like 1,200 posts in 4 months. Even though he started alot of arguments, he also made excellent How-To's, and shared his opinions on what he wanted to do to his mustang. Sure, the dude had his problems but thats something that he's already battling, we shouldn't make it worse by judging him.

The thing is, some of the things he says are messed up. But alot of them are what we are really thinking on the inside, but we don't have the ***** to say it.

Also, this forum gets pretty boring, especially after a million gear threads, and everything thats constantly repeated. This dude made this forum interesting, and full of drama that we all love.

Give this dude a break! We all share a common interest. Except for Lance, he's got a Chevy. :-)

 

Having an opinion and making personal threats are two different things...plus 1200 posts in 4 moths is major post whoring..

 

The personal threats i think is just because he was pushed over the edge. I don't think he'd actually go through with any of it. But who knows.

 

i'll just mention him one more time...

a. not me man...he never said anything i didnt have the ***** to say and if he spoke for the silent majority around here its a pretty sad bunch....

b. okay...granted he was interestin...but i'd rather i guy be interestin for real than interestin for the sake of being interestin....in other words...be yourself...he was like imus or stern on a bad day...a shock jock...sayin dumb things just to get a rise....

c. if he was for real then be afraid cause somewhere out there a sick freak is walkin free...a guy who hates all people and thinks women should be attacked and thrown away...

d. who cares if a guy threatens you over the internet? if by some twist of fate you meet him on a street then so be it...its real life...guy threatens you on the internet or guy threatens you in the street...oh well...be a man



one thing is sure...if hes gonna be the subject of any more threads then they should invite him back...in fact...thats my vote...un-ban the guy so he can speak and answer his critics

 

He should be able to answer his critics. But what im trying to say is our criticisms about his personal life don't help.

 

How many of his 1200 "contributing" posts were something other than negativity, threats, bitching, moaning and complaining?

Im sorry, but NOTHING he did was excusable. I dont care if he gets pushed over the edge, thats life, and this is JUST THE INTERNET. I deal with stuff every day, but I dont flip out on people, and Im a 20 year old with no responsibilities, children, etc etc. You dont see any other members with worse problems freaking out and threatening to damage other peoples cars because they dont agree with something said. Thats ridiculous.

His attitude wont be missed.

I just don't trust people who are that closed minded and who would rather be sitting on the computer 24 hours a day. Who knows what runs through that guys head. Anyways, everyone has their own opinions, but in a world like this, you gotta be open minded and open to other peoples opinions.

I wasn't mad a the eagles or any eagles players for that matter. I was pissed at my 'boys. The only thing that really beat us in that game was us! We played like ****..

 

first they say he is on temporary ban, then at the end of the the thread they change it to permanent?

Also noticed that todd03blown says he took it to far and kept pushing...

what exactly did todd do to push mixedbreed over the edge?

in my opinion, if he was antagonized first, then he shouldn't get perm banned, but maybe a couple weeks off would be penalty enough.

everyone keeps bringing up the how to articles... alright thats fine and great that me made them but everything that didn't have to do with HIS car was always followed by either:

1) an insult
2) thats rice
3) a personal attack

 

i missed the whole fight with todd03blown but i saw him in fights with other members and me and him got in a few.

i dont like him and lost respect for him after a few things he had sead.

 

nobody antagonized him first from what i know of, he started that thread about krazy and his stock car.....and ppl flamed him for acting like his car was so great when not much was done to it and was also basically stock. He did have his own opinion but he didnt listen to others opinions he just attacked if they disagreed. The guy was a loser who cares if hes gone. He made 1 write up about changing the color of your gauges that was useful. I mean did we need a write up on how to spray taillight tint honestly?

 

its my experience that people don't flip out and go nuts on someone without a reason.

todd aparently said something to him, that got him riled up, and led to his ban.

making fun of someone, or giving them normal bs is different than just going nuts and making threats.

 

look at his thread about krazy....its in smack talk.

he openly admits he hates everyone, and that he has a vendetta against girls. The guy was a bum, everyone on here seems to be fed up with him, well at least most. You werent even here and your defending him in every thread wats your deal? lol

I dont have a deal on this, but it's like the talk of the forum since I've been on here, and he's mentioned in every other post. i decided to weigh in and give an objective view. i kind of agree with Steeda97.

it's kind of hard to miss all the attention he's getting, and when you search his posts with the search forum, and you actually read them, he's not as bad as you all make him out to be. he could lay off the foul language, but i dont think anything he has said is really that bad.

sure he's opinionated, single-minded, and somewhat extreme, but is that really so bad? he's different, and loud, but it seems me he just wants conversation. he views the world in his own way...i dont' think he's mad at the world, maybe he's just frustrated at his situation.

from what I read, most people have openly said it was boring without him here...look at the 11xx something posts he made...he was obviously starting conversation to give people something to talk about. it's hard to find something to even respond to on here, but this guy is getting more attention than anything else...lol.

most males who get heartbroken have a vendetta against women, length of time is usually different for each person, but obviously some female hurt this guy really bad if he's that ticked off at women...and he hasn't got over it yet. perfectly normal. we've all been through it, and most men will go through it at least once, unless they're really lucky and marry their first love.

The whole situation started on Friday night/Saturday morning; mixed made a bad comment about South Carolina and Clemson being crappy etc due to a person saying something good about Clemson. I responded back and said you are just pissed that you didn’t get accepted into Clemson and mixed replied back he did apply. Well it all started from there. We both made jabs and each other and the mod stepped in and said STOP IT. Well I did and mixed didn’t. He kept pushing the edge and even added me to his MSN IM and said some bad **** to me (threatening me and my cobra which I no longer own anyways)in a message that I didn't accept so I sent that to the mods here. That’s when they did the perm ban. I have been a member of many boards for many years and this is by far the most screwed situation I have ever seen with mixed. That’s all I will say to this topic besides I feel that HotRod does have some connection to Mixed as he just joined on 12/16 and even lives in TN no to far from where Mixed if from if I remember correctly. I saw this because HR has posted a few times already about mixed and things relating to him and already had ~60 posts in about 1.5 days…..smells fishy to me….I am done.

Eh... to bad about mixedbreed. i understand if he was thrweating people the decision to ban him, but i did get a kick outta him and will miss seeing him on here.

and i honestly have nothing to do with mixed, other than the fact he's the most talked about thing on this forum, im simply giving my opinion on the situation, and bringing another point of view to the argument.

but in essence you egged him on, and it upset him, so you both went back and forth, then he threatened your former car. see there's always two sides to every story, and honestly if you don't own the cobra any more, then you all should of just laughed at him for threatening a car you don't even have. the ban was pretty pointless, but that's just me. I'd have started a thread "Mixed threatens car that member doesn't own anymore", and just made fun of him

 

i think hes on modular fords now if you wish to speak with him, or maybe it was modulardepot

 

I gave the 5 min recap, he made other comments about my mom and dad which just compounded the situation and made more then 1 threat as well. so trust me there is alot more to this, point being the mods asked us to stop and one of us did the other didnt. Case closed.
