Go and buy an absorber. They work alot better for drying than a micro fiber towel.

Microfiber comes in many different types. I got a microfiber drying cloth that kicks the crap out of any other drying cloth ive gotten. Just run it over the car once and all the water is gone!

But yeah, not all microfiber cloths do the same thing

1: Wash
2: Dry w/compressor or leafblower (just the cracks to get hidden water)
3: Finish drying w/chamois or microfiber

and +2 on the scratches on your car from your grandmas old bath towels.

ive always used california water blade after im done washing, then coat one side of the car in quick detail and whipe it down with a soft towel i always use for just drying, then do the other side.
