Shift Knobs
Anyone ever seen a shift knob that looks like a Mach 1 but have a bush button on it? The button needs to depress and stay depressed unless you press it again.

Is this basically what you're talking about?...I know it's not a Mach 1 but I just wanted to make sure I was looking for the right thing...

I found this one. I like it because the button is on the side reather thent he top. Seems easy to to trigger this way with your thumb.
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=15083 But is has only a momentary switch. This means the switch is only closed when you press it down. I have a Venom Nitrous system. It, like most, activates on WOT. Thing is, I would like to see if a push button could be used so that you don't spray in 1st gear. My thought is that as you shift into 2nd, you hit the button, then each time you go the WOT after that, your nitrous sprays. Besides, I may want to keep both hands on the wheel when spraying. |
