there is a set of radio hooks u need in order to pull the fac. radio out.. of course i have heard of people using other things but it's jsut soo much easier to use the tool made to do it.. ther should be 2 lil square holes on each side of teh radio.. u have to insert the tool push it and then pull out.. like i said it's real easy if u just get the tool..

It depends on what type of radio you have in it. For instance, mine you don't pull with the DIN tools. You have to take off the trim and there are two bolts that need to be removed. Then you can pull it. If you have the holes on either side of the radio, then you can get the DIN tools or shape a coat hanger into a U and use that. Hope this helps.

like 04GTMikey said, it depends on the year. what year is your car? if you do need the din removal tool, i suggest buying it. i don't think a coat hanger would work very easily, they're cheap anyway.

I used coat hangers on my buddys 97gt. For mine I pulled back the trim and there were 3 bolts IIRC.
