Default how would this look?

alright...i dono if i'll get flamed for this because its a stupid idea or not...lol. i've been thinking of eventually trying to get ahold of a set of gt side scoops if i can come by them cheap. would it look totally assinine to paint them flat black? (i painted my spoiler flat black and have a flat black decal on the hood, and im hoping to come across a good deal for black wheels.)

yay or nay?

Yeah he has pics, but I don't know where at. His car is white though, but he had a flat black spoiler, flat black GT scoops, and black wheels. The scoops looked way out of place.

This is mustangvsix's old car with them...I agree with PCola, don't do it.

That picture was a pain to find, too by the way.

Unless your car is Redneck's color (which I forgot what that blue is called), DO NOT do it.

yeah... don't do it. looks like total crap... hehehe

depends on the color of your car. Flat black BTW is an insanely difficult thing to maintain. It ends up ashy grey if you don't hit it with armor all or some other protectant/shiny-goo at least once a week.

I don't think it would look good on a red car.

I wouldn't do it either. I would even be leary of it on a black car.

Yeah don't do it. Just paint them to match your car.

dammit those scoops will plague me forever! lol.

Yeah i tried it, and honestly it just looks tacky so get them painted oem color. It just stands out too much on bright/light colored cars.
It took me a while to find some pics, but here they are:
