SO... I got myself a JL Audio 12, its in a power wedge... (bought it from my boss for 25 bucks, his wife just got a mitsubitchy suv thta has a fosgate sub in it already)
No the dillema...how in the f****ing hell do i fit this big bastard into my truck? =) Also, I have a 4 channel, 1200 watt amp, can i run that to the sub? |

what kind of truck? I usually install JL 12wX under the rear seat of F250/f350's in their crew cab flavors. Good luck... it's a big ass thumper. Better get a 1/2-1 farad capacitor for it too. I never got one to work without dimming the headlights at every big bass hit unless I used a cap to keep everything up to snuff. The 1200w amp should be sufficient. Can you run it as a single channel with all 1200 or do you have to split it into 2 or 4 channel?
