I was thinking about buying a chin spoiler and painting it silver to match the rest of my car. I don't know how it would look and needed sdome opinions on the subject. I have an 01 GT.:helpsmili

+1:stupid:

I remember looking for them for my 95... all of them were hideious and 'required painting' then we came across mustang tuning who carries them advertised for the 94-98, so we grabbed one, which is identicle to the 99+ ones, and it looked amazing... painting it looks funny... and i wouldnt see a point in painting it black, the chin runs the high risk of getting smacked by either road debris, hills, or speed bumps...

i wouldn't paint it

I saw a lazer red stang with a painted chin, i thought it looked slick.

i dunno,. my chin spoiler is all scuffed up. painting it wouldnt be a good idea. too easy to mess up.

Didn't Venom paint his? Didn't look too bad in my opinion.

the only one i have ever seen painted that looked good was one that was painted glossy black to batch the wheels.
