Thinking aobut putting Dynomat in the trunk

While i have the panels out the trunk from doing the installs over the weekend i was thinking about putting some dynomat down. Is it simple or do you have to do a lot of cutting and measuring?

its easy i put a roll on the floor of my car to keep the dumps a tad quieter just use a razorblade and cut it up.

I agree. The process is not too bad. Just finished the trunk and the rear seat...I went a little overkill on mine and am working on doing the whole car. Makes a significant difference in my opinion. You can ALMOST have a conversation with the person next to you! Haha! Oh and wear mechanics gloves...sounds sissy but you'll thank me later! That s*** is SHARP!

Oh, buy it in the bulk pack too, the trunk kit is a little small as my friend found out. CarDomain.com prices matches at 105% anywhere on the internet...until MT beats it with 107% and some free shipping :shifty:

Back when I was in car audio, I did the entire trunk of my chevy beretta in a similar product called Second Skin. Ill give you some advice.

Work in moderation
Get yourself some sharp razor knifes
Wear mechanics gloves because you WILL slice your hand open
and take your time.

Get yourself a heat gun or hair dryer to help ensure that stick and get a nice small roller or a couple to help plant that sound dampner down and get in the corners nice without having air pockets.
