Yeah the lower the # the darker, 35% is not dark at all. Given the right angle it may look dark, but you can pretty much see straight through it. IF you want it to be dark but not tooooo dark go with 20%.

And the bubbles at the top of the rear window is from the black-fade dot things that are OEM, it's impossible to get the tint to stick inbetween all those spaces. YOu only have 2 choices, tint it and have the spotted look or have the tinter stop the tint just below the dots. And make sure to NEVER use the reardefroster that will make the rest of the window bubble like crazy!!!

I would say stop before the OEM bubble things. I've had it done both ways and I really really prefer the tint stopping shorter. As far as the rear defroster I always use mine and never has problems.

only because of the black dots, not because the defroster itself is turned on

Ha thanks man. All i'm waiting on wheels wise is the FR500's to be in stock. I'm going to get 17x10.5 Deep Dish in back and 17x9 regular up front. In black that is. Eventually I'll get the tint re done maybe limo all the way around and just have him tint to the bubbles and stop.

you do realize those black dots have nothing to do w/ the defroster tight??? all the defroster is is the lines that go horizontal across.

I never really gauged what the mirror tints were on mine.. I estimated it at 20, but I'm not sure. But they are so dark I have to roll down the windows to reverse at night. Anyone want to ballpark it?

those bubbles wont go away even with limo tint. some people paint it flat black on the inside or put black vinol on the oustide.

Ohh I meant I was just going to have the tine layed up until the dots. You can see in my picture how bunk it looks at the top with the tint going all the way up.

Easiest way is to have a vinal strip put on the outside. It looks real neat on a black car too

I like having people be able to see me, then they can give me props and thumbs up, if they cant see u then they cant give props

and the other reason i dont care about dark dark windows, is because my windows are down 99% of the time, who cares what % their tinted then

p.s. i do have my windows limo all the way around though... so i am like on both sides of the fences here... i like people seeing me WHEN i have my windows down... but i like to take away there ability to see me when i have my windows up! BAM!
