My car came as a 2000 Spring Feature car. It has a hood like a 2001, but the scoop is not quite as tall. When I removed and repainted the hood last winter, the hood looked exactly like a 2000 GT hood when the scoop was off except it has holes in it for the screws. I would have to say that there must be a scoop you can add to your hood.

yeah my GT was "un-gt'd" no scoop, no wing...nothing but the important bits...engine of course. this guy in a v6 with duals, 20's and horrible purple metallic paint thought mine was too and tried to get around me on a 2 into 1 roadway...ooops on him! Its fun having a "sleeper." It looks like the stang you can/could rent at the airport.

Just to hi-jack on this thread-------I only wish my car was a sleeper! It is fun to mess with stock GT's tho.
