Default Mach 1 Grill Delete???

I am getting a Mach 1 Grill Delete Kit and I was wondering if there is a certain way to take out the stock grill. Or is this as easy as it seems??

The best advice I can offer is to take out your headlights before you start, it makes it a lot easier to access the bolts under the grill opening.
