i dont think anyoune understood my last post. i have a full pi motor not just the heads n cams the heads are milled 30 the compression is between 11 and 11.5 bone stock internals with high tech stage 2 cams can the bottom end take the nitrous being stock with high compression

Yes like I said. you just need to keep it below 420rwhp to be safe. Stick with a 100-125shot and it should be ok. You should be around 420rwhp with a 125hit I would guess with your mods.

it can just stay like it is and be a dialy driver ima just put a ls1 in a 97 cobra i know what ls1 can take

Just remember that under high compression nitrous makes huge numbers. It'll be the huge torque gains from running high compression and spray that'll blow it up.

Either the motor, or the trans one.

I say a 75-shot. I think 125 is pushing it with high compression. That's probably a good 200tq with an 11:1 CR.

You can run 125 pretty easily with no issues with 11:1 compression...

I had a 10.5:1 and had no issues with the motor as far as nitrous issues went.. and I threw a 150 shot it quite often.

The transmission isn't much of a slouch and will most likely outlast the motor..they are strong transmissions..

The thing with running over a 100 shot of nitrous is the tuning.. if the tune is good and you're using nitrous in the safest way possible then your potential issues will be minimized...
