supercharging my gt need help

so i have an 01 gt with frpp shorty headers, x pipe, slp catback, bbk ud pullies, mac fenderwell itnake, accufab 70mm tb an plenium intake spacer, sct2 programmer, zex 75 shot nitrous,4.10s, etc
i know someone who can get me a brand new vortech kit with everything and after cooler for 1400, if i buy it he would help me put it in he works for a specialty car place and works on all types of cars the question i have is what kind of tuning do i need to do when we finish putting it on? also will my motor be fine with the supercharger i mean im not gunna be running ridiculously 10lbs of boost maybe 8 at the most should my motor be fine?

also can anyone create me a sig if i send them pics?

thanks

as long as the kit comes with injectors, LMAF, fuel pump or BAP, and a tuner. the tuning you will need has to be done on a dyno. nothing will happen to your car if you get it tuned right. 10 psi is not outrageous boost i would say something like 12-13 psi on stock engine is a bit too high. my car runs 12-13psi in cold (i.e below 50) weather and 10-11psi in warm weather my timing is set pretty low too.

you will have to put your stock pullies back on too. you will also need a battery re-locate kit.

18k miles on my car since blower install. the only thing that started to fail was the stock 4r70w transmission.

I just installed my kit yesterday and it was not really too hard. Man just that sound is worth $1400! It sounds awesome! That kit sounds like a steal, go for it!

then you can sell your nitrous system or convert it to spray down the aftercooler heat exchanger instead of using it as a power mod.

Dont forget about spark plugs and gap them right. Thats VERY important.
