Ok I found out that the idler pulley I got with the kit is actually the stock ford idler. The stock idler is relocated to the vortech idler bracket. Vortech sends another idler pulley to replace the stock one that was relocated. I need the size of that pulley. There are 3 total idler pulleys. One ribbed and two smooth. I have the ribbed pulley, and the stock smooth idler, but the one I need is the Vortech supplied smooth idler. Thats the last piece of the kit I need. I have everything else to install it but the pulley. I know you can order this pulley from superchargersonline.com but it is WAY overpriced. Like $50 when I can get them for $7 at work. Anyone with a vortech setup can you measure the pulley for me?

Ok nevermind, I found the pulley. Its a 3 inch smooth plastic idler with a lip on both sides. I guess the lip is there so the belt doesnt slip off....anyways I got one on order coming in tommorow at my work. I cant wait till tuesday lets just see how smooth the whole install goes.....il be lucky if theres no setbacks...
