Default What a day, what a damn day

Well, we'll start with the good news. I finally washed the car and took some great pictures of it, so here they are.

Well, there she is, in all her glory...now for the bad news

Well, I bet you are all thinking I wrecked it, well, no, but I did kill it. My 80k mile intake manifold finally gave up the ghost. I was "driving spiritedly" and got off of it only to see a CLOUD of smoke behind my car. I almost shat myself, because well, it looked like death smoke. So I pulled over as soon as I could in a gas station, and figured out that the lower intake, devoid of an aluminum crossover, had formed a new breathing hole. So my dad came and got me, we went to the ford dealer, and told them what was up. Confirmed that because of the lawsuit, they'd pay for it, and had them tow it up there. Should be finished tomm or saturday. Well, thats my story, OH and I just want to say I blame DannyB for this all. LOL if it werent for his constant pestering, I wouldnt have washed the car, driven to these places for the pics, and blown the intake. Its also shadows fault, he egged it on.
