Disclaimer: I'm well aware of the dangers of rain water and wind, in relation to this mod. It's not a problem for me, because it's not driven in the rain, and it's bolted down. I've had zero problems from this, even at high speeds.
Also, I didn't do this for performance gains, as, let's face it... it offers none really, except maybe a little cooler air in the engine bay. My Mach 1 has the functional shaker, and so I wanted my six to have (if not fully functional) at least a 'useable' scoop. I couldn't stand to have one more person at a gas station ask me if it was functional, and then get a confused look from them, when I told them it wasn't. They all think "then... why is it on there?".
She's also wingless, and doesn't have any fog lights (future coyote swap project).
