De stripped and new emblems
 

Finally grew the nuts to take off the Canadian spec rub strips. Worried there would be a noticeable `line` or faded mark. Total improvement in my opinion. Also put on S197 GT fender emblems. Not so sure. The juries out still. Any opinions? I can still put the old ones back on.

I don't care the the newer GT emblems.

Looks a lot better with the door dingers off. Good job.

Mach 1 Grille and remove lower stripe!!

The emblems don't look bad but you should probably level them.

Not to bad, I never noticed the rocker panel decals until it was mentioned above...

I like the cleaner look myself, never cared for them!

Good mix of comments there men. I`m thinking of fucking off the emblems. I think they`re too big or just `don`t go`.


Things above emblems are side repeaters or indicators or whatever the fuck you guys call em. I need em here or I can`t drive the thing. I got a small smoked set as some of the uglier ones are orange and bigger.

Basically, I`m at the `what can i buy now stage?`. Should have went blower but I cheapskated and went 4.10s so theres not much for under the hood that`ll do. Or is there?

Hey Brian, the cars coming along nicely. I'm like krazypony, I just nocticed the rocker stripes. Looks a lot better without the door dingers. The emblems will grow on you I think because of the color of the car. The silvers and greys are the only cars that can carry the S197 logos,.... my two pennies.

Did you get your gears installed? If so how do you like them?

Gears are in. Has totally woken the car up to be honest. If I had went 3.73s I could of had a blower fund going. 4.10s I feel have limited me now. BUT, that was the plan. not to blow tons of cash on the car.

In all honesty I can get traction with 295 Michelins. Still can spin a bit in 1st but it can go a bit now :smokin:
