people really cant drive on those wheels can they? those have got to be put on just for laughs and a quick pic

You would be surprised what some people drive on. I am from pretty close to the middle of nowhere and there are things like that I see every once and a while, especially on makeshift trailers

All I could manage to do was shake my head. The water hose around the wheel... christ... I don't even have words for that.
