Default Turtle Wax's Black Box *W/Pics*

Well, I am pretty happy with how it came out. I spent a total of $30 for the kit + a couple micro fibers. It took about 2 and a half hours total. Which is somewhat long, but since I had never done this type of thing to a car before I am assuming it's pretty normal.
The only thing I didn't like about the kit was the fact that the little pads they provide for you slip out of your grasp easily. They should have put a rubber band around the side or something so you can hang on to them, cuz if they drop then they get covered with dirt.

Sorry if the pics are bad. I was using my girlfriends DSLR and I have no idea what setting it was on.

Soon I am putting on a roush spoiler and getting car lowered with h&r springs. Maybe I'll post some pics after those mods are done as well.

It would be really awesome if you painted the trunk GT badge the same color as your rims/ lettering... just a suggestion. Nice car though i cant wait to see it lowered

I've read about a lot of people having good results with that black box kit. I'd give it a try if i had a black car.

Looks pretty good, but man the lack of tire shine really kills it for me! Your tail light tint being dull kind of throws it off too.

Trust me, 2 hours is nothing... It takes me at least two days to be satisfied with a detail on my car..

It was just the camera. I should really take a look at that camera and actually learn how to use it.

The tires are much darker in person i guess lol.

I will get my gf to take some and i'll post those.

It is a really good kit. I liked it a lot. I can safely say it's one of the best waxes I've ever used. At the last meet that we had, that's the wax that was on Spooky.

But, I still think Meguiar's and Poorboy's are the best so far.

Okay, Mr. Braggy McBragger!

I'm hoping to get at least 6 months out of my most recent detail job I did with the Poorboy's stuff I got from Dustin. With Spooky being parked outside and covered, we will see how long this detail will last.
