I get bored pretty easily. And its no big deal if i get tired of it, or decide i don't like it... I'll just paint it all back black.

In the pics the color looks fucked up, its actually very very close the car color

jseven 10-18-2009 04:51 PM

I like the engine compartment. The interior, not so much. :)

j_gutta870 10-18-2009 06:24 PM

its not so bad..... its unique... the engine compartment is cool though

Deathdiesel 10-18-2009 06:29 PM

Yea i dont think its that bad, unique. Id leave it for a bit and see. What kinda paint did you use and how long did that take?

krenogin 10-18-2009 06:56 PM

Its army man green!

NewMustangMan 10-18-2009 09:45 PM

looks like you did a good job man. All that matters is if you like it.....

Pilks 10-18-2009 10:37 PM

:( no

rkaz 10-19-2009 06:41 AM

I think it looks good. I painted just a few of the interior on my car but not nothing like that.

2000V8 10-19-2009 08:41 AM

im sorry man I have silver in mine and i think it looks ok my problem is not with the paint but the fact that it is a rare car and you just decreased the value so much....and even if you go back and paint it black it still wont be the same

anyways heres mine yeah i know its an auto

Errrr, it didn't decrease the value of anything. If you're basing that statement on any changes to the car, exhaust or anything else done to the car decreases the value as well. Besides that... they're just plastic pieces, none of which are Bullitt specific, which can all be purchased from any dealership. LOL

krenogin 10-19-2009 08:51 AM

I VOTE go silver! I think most of its interior was silver originally, and silver gives me that retro feeling. I say Mulligan!

Actually not really. Everything that i painted was black to begin with. The only thing that is silver is the shifter bezel, the shifter knob, and door sills

I was not trying to piss you off I was just giving you my opinion If you like it thats all that matters and from the pics you did a great job on the paint. I'm just not fond on the color.....+1 for uniqueness tho I see silver all the time

cr4sh_0v3rl0ad 10-19-2009 09:09 AM

Nah you didn't piss me off at all. :D It's cool. Like i said, i was just bored and happened to have some green layin around at work. I may paint it silver later who knows.

sand1303 10-23-2009 07:36 PM

dont worry about everyone else it only matters what you think. too bad people can't share personal taste without being laughed at. color isn't my taste but it looks like you did a good job at it. looks really clean

Wombozi17 10-23-2009 07:39 PM

Yeah... definitely went overboard. And it does look a bit like doodie. Im sure its a good quality job, maybe try a different color!

Deathdiesel 10-23-2009 07:43 PM

Now that ive taken a good look at it, ive decided i like it on the interior. But in your engine bay IMO was too far. But still, looks like you did a good job.

cr4sh_0v3rl0ad 10-23-2009 08:10 PM

Ok... so i am thinkin of a different color... thought about silver, but not sure with my billet switches if it would look good. i kinda think it would take away from the switches. my other thought was red since thats the only other color already on the car (the brake calipers are red). Thoughts? ideas? suggestions?

Deathdiesel 10-23-2009 08:21 PM

I wouldnt do red. I would only do blue on my car and thats cause my car has a blue/black theme. Red on your car would look bad imo because you only have one more red thing.
