update: Well with the current turbo i have now, im getting boost around 3400rpms Which is a 62mm/t4 ar.81

Now, i just purchased a new turbo, 57mm/t3 ar.56. Im sure i will see boost alot sooner now but i might loose up top. Only thing i need to bolts this up is a t3 flange

probably around 2800 thats just a guess because some parts were donated by my buddies

update: New turbo is on along with new merge, all that need to be done is the downpipe. Gonna grind and paint the new hotside

With new downpipe, It starts off with 2.5" and then when i drops down, its 3"

Been awhile since I've updated, so ill speed y'all up to date...




Was running 12psi and the stock replacement piston decided to give (sealed power pistons)
Looks like piston #6 was the only one messed up. These pistons are know to crack like that
You could see it has cracks on the left and right side of the piston. If I would have driven it for a little bit longer, the whole damn piston would have broke

Also, I sort of polished my turbo housing and heads....I still need to use that aluminum polish stuff to finish it off. I used 180 grid first and finished with 1500 grid sandpaper.

Quit with the typing and lets get this damn thing together. We want to hear "IT'S ALIVE"

You should be able to play a lot harder with the new parts. I sure wished you had'nt posted those Sealed Power piston pics, I've got one of them in my #5 hole

thanx, hoping around 420rwhp @ 14.5 psi

dont want to blow my 95 gt trans ill probably end up buying a 4r70w transmission. Once i get that and upgrade my injectors, i want to aim for +500rwhp
