Thanks... |
Looks pretty sick man! How much hp you pushin out?
I am not sure, but one of my friends that ran a very similar engine combo as i have, logged his on a computer and got the number of 503 at flywheel, i have slightly more cam, and heads that he had though, but i really don't know... but she is a BEAST.. have to be very careful with the throttle
but please don't quote me on power, i really have no idea what it is, that is what i was told she should be around... |
Nice looking car, you guys have enough modifieds? damn, how come you don't drive one of those? haha. Modifieds are boring IMO, only thing good about them is the smell of the alcohol they run. I would so much rather watch a factory stock/street stock class anyday.
Lol id have fun just stompin on that hoe and listening to the orgasmic exhaust XD
actually those are southern sport mods... we have three of them, three street stocks (a little less powerful than the IMCA I-stock) and we also will have an enduro (lowest class at my track) so we will have 7 cars in there... its fun, but next year i believe that we are going to get a mod...
Nice nice, I used to be really big into the racing, not so much anymore though. My friends step dad raced bombers aka factory stock/street stock for a couple years and then bought an IMCA mod, didn't like that too much. We all used to have a blast when he raced bombers. You'll see a lot better racing in classes like that than you will in almost anything except late models.
at my local track, i think the Sport mods, have the best and most interesting race, mainly because its the biggest class... we have some very very good mod drivers and some good sprint car drivers in town to... IMO open wheel cars are more fun to watch because it takes more skill to drive one because if you touch the wheels you never know where you are going to go....
Your mod looks sort of like my buddies old mod...

thanks for the sig, and OMG i would love to run an asphalt mod... that would be sweet
They're sick. And one of the most competitive and fun to watch series at our track (which just so happens to have been featured in this months Speedway Illustrated)
that is awesome.....
hopefully next weekend (our first race) i can start posting videos of my races, i would like to get a dash cam, but i can not find any (except on ebay) and they are kinda expensive..... |
Screw the dash cam, go straight to the rollbar cam.
i want something so ppl can see more of what is going on instead of just an outside video... something i can get me actually driving but also showing the race in front of me.. so ppl can really see how much you really drive the car...
like dirt is not all turning left.. its funny that i actually will probably turn right more than left....:D:D |
Yeah, and I bet you could drive the wheels off of an asphalt car too. That dirt experience serves people really well on the asphalt track.
