Hey thanks man, it looks to me that you have one hell of a mach 1. No unfortunately I don't have dyno or drag times. I'd like to. My estimate is that the car has about 280 horses. Stock she came with 235 horses so after being rebuilt and bored and with a 303 cam I'd say it braught me up about that much but im not really sure. Id like to learn more about it, thats why I thaught this place would be good so I could talk cars and get to know more. I have plans of long tube headers and some gt40 heads. If i can find a way I'd love to drop a vortech or procharger in her. What do you think?

If I were you I'd go with a Procharger, I don't think I've ever heard anything bad about that company. Is the suspension pretty much stock as well?
p.s.
That hood is sick

Well the car has lowering springs. I replaced the front ball joints and struts along with the rear shocks. so the suspension is in good shape and like I said the lowering springs makes the front end lower. It handles really well compared to some other 5.0 I've driven. Ofcoarse theres something about it being your car that makes you feel good about it lol. Thanks for the hood comment. Yea when I baught it, it had that hood. I've only been able to find that hood once in an older mustang magazine, they dont make em anymore I don't think. Oh, and yea your the second person to suggest procharger so I think thats the kind I'll get once I get the money. Though I'm sure you know how expensive those are.

Oh yes...but they are well worth the money if you can get one. I personally have not been fortunate enough to get one on any of my previous cars as of yet. But maybe someday. Depending on the price of them on the 2010 GTs, I might go that route and get it all done at once, but we'll see. That's down the road a bit. Anyway, the car looks good...

Hey, yea I heard that the 2010 mustang supercharger option is gonna be bad! I can't wait. I was thinking about putting this one up and trying to get one of the 2010s for college, ha I can dream right. Anyways thanks man.

Hi, and welcome from one newbie to another. I just registered today. I love your car it is so badass! I normally do not look twice at a convertible 5.0 but I will make an execption with yours for sure! What a unique perspective you went with it. And I also love the hood, it looks extremely agressive, to tell you the truth a shivered a little bit. lol. Keep the great work up buddy and I hope to talk to you gain soon.

Haha, thanks man, yea i added you to the buddy list. It's a relief that the guys here are so nice, other forums I've been to are pretty harsh. You guys are the only ones I've found that actually say positive things about my car. -Thanks to all.
