License Plate - Pretty Damn Funny.
So Virginia is the number one state in the country in terms of the number of personalized plates issued. As such, it has quite a few designs available. One of them is to be to the benefit of children. The basic design of it is in the first pciture.
The second picture is of that design after it's been personalized. Having the hand prints in blood red just totally accentuates it.
