on a side note, ive seen this lady in a vert. V6 around town. on the way home from DQ w/the gf this black vert mustang was about 1/2 mile back behind me, before i knew it, it was speeding up. so i slammed the pedal and got about 3/4 mile ahead of her(in a 55) and i was approaching a 45 then 35 zone. so i started slowing down and she got right on my ***. then passed me and must have done 50-60mph all through it. she was cool

 

damn that seems like low miles. haha. but if i decide to keep it and if i dont have over 90,000 miles on it by winter im going to build one badass sleeper. prolly do full suspenion(shocks&struts, CC Plates, Springs) and slap a blower on the motherf&*%#! + upgrade the brakes.

Haha, because STIs are less likely to give V6 stangs **** than GTs are.

 

National avg is 10-12k Miles per year. Call it 7 years, 77k Mi. would be about average mileage for an '01. You're not far off.

I upgraded to mach 1 shocks/struts when I ordered my H & R's. I can't remember the site but I got them really cheap. I also got MM caster camber plates as well.

Man everytime I do something I get that buyers remorse. I love my car and wouldn't trade it for anything except a newer faster Mustang, but even after I bought it I wished I hadn't for a while. It is my nature and it sucks

got the grille delete earlier. the piece that slips under the front bumper and goes on top of it in the center doesnt fit.(the Roush bumper center thing is smaller and thicker) so all i got on is the black piece that goes behind the pony/bumper and the pony. looks good though IMO.

the next thing will either be Springs or the Simco Gauges.

 

Dude I got those taillight tints today... probably won't get around to them until next week because of the holiday. But I opened up the box and there's cardboard cutouts for one taillight. Are there two sets of vinyls tucked in there or what?

lol have fun. i only have 1 tip for you and that is when your putting it on the outer tailight tint( the tailight piece that is rounded), start from the bottom of the tint then go up. i spent 20mins and getting pissed and screwed up both of them on both tailights then i did it that way and it worked.

plus i was looking forward to ordering springs this friday, but sunday happens to be 1 year thing for me and the girlyfriend. so spent a bit on that. lol and dread spending more. i opend my bank account back to to start saving/putting back money.

so i saw a friend that sold his Z06 vette to get some other kinda gay as 4v. but he saw the stang and he said it looked hella better and he asked what was next. lol. he told me i should buy a beat to hell Mach 1 and swap engines and etc w/ it.

i really don't know what else to get. lol. i'm basically "set" on the looks... i need to move onto power/suspension but i keep thinkin to myself that it is still a p.o.s V6= a.k.a slow as hell and it will take alot to make it fast. i'm hoping by next winter that this will be sold, i'll have a GT and use the money from the 6'er to get a FI for it and pay some on it. but hell idk.

I Love the hell out of the stang i have now, but just wish it had more power and the rumble/sound of a V8.
