for the boyd coddington price of 100,000 more then likely.

What does this package consist of?

I see boyd rims, brake upgrade, blower, intake, interior inserts/painted peices, a 6.5 inch tv, his signature, c pillars, recaro seats, lowered suspention, and im quite sure - exhaust.

eeww it's an automatic. lol. you gotta pay extra to have Boyd even consider doing some work for you. Plus half his crew are either fired or found better boss to work for. :violent1:

And where's that ashole Dewayne at? I'd love to work with him for just ONE day.
He would be sippin his lunch for a few days. LOL :binkybaby

I personally find his show entertaining, but I think it does more harm than good for his business.

From what I can see, he is a piss-poor manager, who is mostly un-involved in the actual making of any of his cars. His crew does not seem to have any great talent, and the better ones have all quit.

I think this Mustang is nothing more than a badging attempt to make some money.

Not that it is a bad idea or a bad car.

I agree MT,

Boyd seems never to be around. All the good fabricators and painters have quit because the environment is so abusive. The turn around time Boyd commits to for some cars is ridiculously unrealilistic. Dwayne has a serious anger management problem, and needs professional help. I used to enjoy watching the show, now its nothing more controlled dysfunctionality. There is no way in hell I would let that shop build me any car.

Just my 2c

boyd is an arrogant asshole and dwayne needs psychological help. i would never do any business with him after seeing how his employees are treated. ever.

the skinny guy on boyd's left is eric cheney, the founder/owner of xmp, who will be putting together the cars. his shop has done work on my cobra before. it was a bit expensive, but i can't complain because it was done at the absolute last minute and he squeezed me in even though he had a full shop at the time.

boyd coddington can smoke a lewinski.

Im sorry but the man doesnt even touch the cars. All his workers either get fired or the go work for the real designer, Mr. Foose. Mr. Foose is not only an artist but an awesome car designer and gets involved with the cars and gets his hands dirty.

I wouldnt buy it, just that crappy pinstripe signature is what adds the value. Not for me.

The show is called "American Hot Rod". kind of a spin off from "American Chopper". with Paul Sr. and his dysfunctional family. It's on the Discovery Channel. It started out out as a good car build show with a few dumbasses to make it more diverse. But lately all you here is Dewayne bitchin that he has too many phone calls to make. Plus Boyds trophy wife wants to be a star. And his ex wife runs his accounting dept. LOl Boyd will probably suffer a massive something before too long. I still enjoy watching it though. Who is going to quit or get fired next. Maybe Blue Bear will come back with an AK 47 instead of a paintball gun . Dewayne better hide in the wheel yard. LOL

You guys do realize its a reality TV show made to get people to watch. Because we all know the reality TV is real. :sleepy2:

His cars look good and he sure sells alot or parts/wheels/cars/ etc to have a business for as long as he has. Also if you have been at it long enough you dont need to do all the work yourself.

No one unless you worked there has any real idea how his shop is or how well run it is.

He could have at least changed the color. He already did a yellow/silver stripes Mustang. Anybody remember that color Ford put on the Mustangs for 1 year (I think it was 1995) called Sapphire Blue? That would look great on an 05 with the silver stripes.

Ooohh...a Boyd Coddington Signature edition. No one has done that before *cough* Steve Saleen, Jack Roush *cough*

Coddington doesn't deserve the name that he has in the business, if he was really that great Chip Foose would still be working for him.
