The C-Springs are fixed 650lb rebound. The F springs are Ford Racing's 460/570lb variable rate springs.

Lol go ahead and bring the hell about the wheel gap... This is a track car, not a show car. My 9" '03-'04 cobras fill the fenders just fine at the track and they don't screw up my steering geometry like spacers do.

Yeah, it sucks that ford didn't re-engineer the suspension geometry to accommodate for the new bodies since, well who knows, the 70's? lol. But that's the point. The suspension was built around those measurements and if you've ever taken a car out at speed that's been all modded up, you'll know why you don't mess with the offsets and such.

I'm working on the better pics. It was pouring out that one day. It looked like a neat pic so I shot it. I wish I had a real camera. It would've looked pretty neat.

Very nice! looks awesome dropped.

F's are basically B's with a little more aggressive rate and more overall drop. I like the F's a lot but it surprises me that so few have even done research to know about them.

Car looks good.

Don't forget the F's are progressive rate and the C's are fixed rate. The My friend had C's on his Azure Blue Mach 1 and they were just an uncomfortable ride.

The FRPP Progressive springs give you a great ride on the street and very little roll on the track!! They're an excellent purchase. They're almost twice as much as the C's but it's worth every penny!

Did you leave the isolators in or out, have you given it enought time to let springs settle?

I left the isolators completely off the front and rear. You get some rattling on the road when weight is completely lifted off the spring but that doesn't matter much to me on the track lol.

And yeah, that picture was the day I put them in so they've defintiely settled a little further down. The front is now SLAMMED... I actually didn't want it that low but I'm sure it'll work at the track. Everything has sharpened up, braking is more sensitive since the body doesn't roll as much before shedding speed and the turn in has sharpened as well... The only problem with these springs (and any spring that offsets the factory geometry) is the terrible bump steer... I need the bump steer kit bad... It's appauling on a rutted, pot hole filled road. It's all over the place!

Just put the isolators back in to bring it up just a touch if its too low for you. Plus get less squeak. Looks good.
