Mark Zuckenberg (a dork, not a cop) founded facebook as a tool for his fellow Harvard alums to keep in touch and have a little fun with. It was spread from there to the rest of the Ivy League schools after 60% of the dufi at Harvard signed up within weeks.

Mark is an icon in the social networking space and currently sits as CEO of Facebook.com. I work for a social networking company and I'm familiar with most of the fully launched goop allowing dumbasses to pollute the net with their lame ass poetry... not one of the dozens of major sites I'm aware of existing has been started by a "cop". To boot, almost without fail they're started by DORKS.

Law enforcement agencies are not only slow to catch on to online crime but they consistently mis-characterize the crimes they do manage to find happening which strains and frequently botches subsequent interdiction and prosecution efforts. The little effort that police agencies put into trying to find and prosecute crime perpetrated via the web would be far better served elsewhere.

If you're going to spout off crap like "a cop founded face book" as a rebuttal to an argument, at least for the love of FSM (may his noodly appendage touch you) check your facts.

this was an interestin post....my plate is all over the net and i do streetrace in nyc...guess what...i dont give a shit..i streetrace on hunts point ave and up and down the westside highway...matter of fact...i'm gonna do it later on tonight...i'll go ya one better...i'm gonna do it next friday night on deer park ave..yep..cause guess what...no cop is gonna use mustangboards as his source of information...especially not when any decent cop knows about it anyway just by listening...

im not saying i would like someone to take my car, but if i come across a dude that is determined to take it i will just throw him the keys. If there is a determined sob that wants your car he sure is gonna be packing jsut as much if not have more brute force than your ass to take what they want from you. I have a family member that is a police officer and i have heard nothing but bad news for the person that tries to protect his car and gets beaten to deal, stabbed or capped by some guy. I think its called insurance, which i would rather death with than a trip to the hospital. I do say it all teh time to friends "if someone fucks with my car, they have a shit storm comin their way", but if it does happen and there is a gangbanger that is determined to jack my ride im steppin to the side to avoid my ass being shot.
