Wheel Spacers...The Sequel
After selling my 18's, I needed to fix the F up that Ford insisted on doing to the 99-04 Mustangs. The pathetic wheel gap. I had 1.25" spacers before, then sold them, now I am back with some 1" spacers I picked up used off of Mod Dept.

dunno...315's on some 10.5s out back would do a better job. But of course at a much greater cost.

315's are the way to go.

I just figured I'd post some pics for those that are looking to close up the funny looking gap for around $50. Not to mention, increased handling due to a widened track. |
Thats cool,I'm not dogging you. I wish my garage was as clean as yours.

Looks great! That's probably going to be my next mod after springs. That looks a lot better and it's a much better idea than the one I had. I was considering beating in my rear fenders with a hammer to get rid of the gap. lol...

I would do it if I could find some spacers that work on OEM wheels...

What kinda wheels do you think I have? OEM Bullitts. I even had spacers back when I had my OEM Pony rims. |
I know this is a noob question but where can I find a set of these spacers. I have the OEM bullitt style wheels too.
EDIT- nevermind I just checked good ol' ebay |
Well the ones on ebay didn't say they would work with the OEM wheels. They had a great price though. What kind will definately work with my wheels?

That was my point, the ones you posted up looked like they only work with the aftermarket rims, because the aftermarket rims have that empty space where the bolts would now extend... and OEM rims are filled in there. But If I only have to shave off a bit, it seems feesible.
