Pics of how foglight bar mounts..

I am currently building an 89 GT convertible for my niece. I have the foglight bar, but I can't manage to figure out how it mounts to the car??? Anyone have pics of this upclose? This is the last piece I need to mount before I reassemble the front end before I paint the car.
