Functional Ram-Air- Feeds into an air box, like the mach 1 scoop, and few aftermarket hoods. (Stormin' Norman from cervinis) This particular one looks like it would only be funtional if it were on a 99-04... but since the airbox is right up front on the 05+ it is prolly ram-air. |

I have both, on my truck a ram air hood,brings air to the CAI and On my stang heat extractor. As long as its doing one of the two its functional.
