Default Farewell DFW

My contract in Dallas ends this friday and I'll be heading back home to Austin to chill out for the rest of the summer. Today was the only day I could go out and take some final pics of the area. These were taken at a park in Fort Worth where I spent alot of time with my Dog Zeta, the parks called Fort Woof.
Hope ya'll like the pics...

Cool, I'm based out of Austin. I've worked up here in the DFW area off and on for the last 2 years. I really like the Ft Worth area alot, much more so than Dallas. It amazes me how totally different these areas are, yet are so close in proximity. My first contract in '04 I lived in Dallas, about a mile from downtown, what a $hit hole. The city looks great at night, but as soon as the sun comes up, ugh, and the traffic sucked. This last time I stayed in Arlington, lots better, but S. Cooper is like strip mall hell as far as the eye can see. Ended spending alot of time in Ft Worth, much better if you ask me, hehe

Lol, yeah, I saw it on the news, the DPS ended shooting out all the Fn wheels of that thing. I was laughing when the sister was interviewed by the reporters, saying if only she was allowed to talk to her brother, the guy with a gun to the head of the driver, she could've ended it. She was saying the LEOs were unreasonable and had it out for her brother...give me a break. The guy hijacked a 18-wheeler at gun point and went rampaging down the highway, she was lucky the LEOs didn't shoot him instead of the tires...
