2005 Suzuki GS500F.Figure it'll have enough to keep me interested while still being forgiving while I learn.Spent the afternoon tooling around the neighborhood to get use to it.So far,so good.

sweet, my bro just got a 2007 gsxr.... how much did you pay for that???

smedly 05-20-2006 08:27 PM

List was just over $5100.Got it for $4599 plus fees.It was like $5800 out the door.I was able to pay cash so I don't have to worry about a bike payment.

You are doing it the right way. Don't forget, you can easily hurt yourself on a 250cc bike.
Always respect whats between your legs and it will respect you. :shifty:

Not looking towards any mods, its got 487cc's so that will keep me happy for a good while.Maybe that'll change(well, okay PROBABLY),but my main focus is to get to where I feel comfortable to take it on the vast roads we have here in Colorado. It gets 58mpg,has a 5 gallon tank, and is dirt cheap to insure(under $400/year full coverage).

It gets 58mpg
i bet that changes with a twist of the wrist though :devil2:
