Well its hard to make a PT Cruiser look good. (thats what the chasis is based off of). But if you do them right, lowering, lip kits, etc...in my opinion, for a neon, you can make them look pretty good looking.

No spacers...

Wheel/tire sizes: Front...17x9 with BFG G-Force KDW 275/40/17F Rear...18x10 BFG G-Force DR's 315/30/18R

Probabaly looks like it because of the wheel offset of 17 inches and 18 inches. Thanks for the compliments!

Since you like B&W why not combine the two, B&W with Color.
