You claim your website is copyrighted on the bottom. Yet your How To section was completely stolen from mustangworld.com...

If you were up to date on your copyright laws, you would know what it can mean.

Credit is embedded in the source code.

I have taken law classes that pertain to copyright laws and embedding in the source code the credit is ok. And when permission is used to allow someone to use it, then it is ok.

Just to give you an interesting fact, look at Microsoft.com and most of the write up's that they have are from 3rd party. They did not wright them nor did they buy them. They use them and still microsoft copyright. is this against the law, no they imbed credit in the source.

We had this as one of our sections in ICANN certification class'.

No beef here, think what you would like, just bringing sources together.

Members: I have deleted the last two posts and decided to close the thread. The thread just was not moving in the right direction. No membership is affected nor should anybody be upset. I simply did this to provide good will.

To be clear, a question has risen now on a few ocassions regarding copy rights etc.. Please know that I am not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV. This forum does not wish to be in a position to violate laws, steal information, or put it's members or owners at risk. However, we also recognize that the year is 2005 and that there is a lot of information being passed around on the web. And some of it will end up here. Use common sense and follow the rules of the forums.
