I need some help!

I ordered two items last month and would just like to know what the statis is. I e-mailed and talked to Chris a couple of times. I called and talked to David today and he said he would check my order and e-mail me. Still no luck, what is going on. Can anyone help me. Who do I get my money back or the parts I need ????????
