Default Looking for order from over 2 weeks ago...

I placed an order (19832) for the Bullitt pedal kit, and tomorrow (8/30) will be two weeks from the date it shipped, but I have no pedals yet.

Why do you use USPS??? They suck at shipping packages...I could have walked to PA from Chicago and back by now. How much longer do I need to wait before they are declared MIA?

I did call both numbers on the website, a fax machine or modem was answering the calls so I posted here.

Order number 19862 for part #24008 and #24016. E-mail for order is webmaster@thunderbirds.org thanks....

EDIT: Typo in original post on order number...sorry.

We're having issues with our phone system right now (keeps cutting over to the fax line for no reason). Once we move into the new warehouse, that should all be fixed.

Ill look into your order tomorrow and give you a ring about it.

If it doesnt show up within the next 2 days give me a call and ill reship via UPS. Sometimes these packages get held up for unknown reasons and take longer to deliver than normal.

Thanks Chris, I'll wait until Friday's mail delivery and let you know.

BTW, I've done work in the Forest Park USPS mail sorting facility in the past...it's amazing mail gets anywhere it's suppose to in the Chicagoland area

Chris...the order showed up in today's mail. Thanks for your attention to this. Next time, I will gladly pay NOT to have USPS ship anything but a letter...that was a rediculously long time to receive my order, but I'm certainly not blaming MT for the delay. You had it shipped out next business day as promised...
