I ordered the 17x9 and 17x10.5 Anthracite FR500's that this quote refers to, with tires mounted. Also, a set of 4 Ford Racing center caps I asked what center caps come on them and was told the "M" logo that appears in the pic of the rim. That's why I ordered the set of Ford Racing center caps. So then I read the quote above and am wondering. The Ford Racing center caps I ordered will not fit the rims I have ordered? The rep on the phone said nothing about the fitment issue you stated MTShambles. What's the deal then? Are my FR center caps I ordered just for these wheels not gonna fit? Puhleeeese say they will fit!!! If they dont I will have zero use for them.

If its the anthracite, they will fit. We are only having fitment issues on the Chrome 17x10.5 from our old stock.

The sizing was changed with this new container shipment.

Ok then...maybe change the wording in the product description as to not cause such a stir with us 17'' anthracite ppl. Thanks, and I am glad they will work. I emailed the RMA dept. asking to have the FR center caps removed, any way you could tell then nevermind on that?

Chris, I did some research about the availability of the 17x9 and 17x10.5 anthracite fr500 wheels I have on order with MT. The ETA for these wheels seems to be late August/early-mid sept. NOT late June as I have been told by MT. What is the REAL DEAL?? I can barely wait for another month, let alone 2 or three. Based on posts here the trend seems to be that an ETA for 1 month out comes, then another month, then another. I will need to cancel my order with MT if this happens even once to me. My info is coming from a few other vendors for these wheels. They flat out say "end of summer at the VERY earliest" Does MT have a better place in line with the manufacturer in China? I dont want to have to buy more crappy 16inch tires just to be safe on the road until these fr500's come in.

Depends on the dealer. We import our own containers, so we can get wheels before others do.

According to my ETA sheet, im getting 12 in on 5/22. Your order has the final 2 rims from our shipment, provided that we get what my manufactuer says we will get.

Now, looking at your order again im seeing that the tires that you have on order are out of stock, thanks to the wonderful people at Sumitomo. Sumitomo is telling us that the tires wont be ready until June, at which point they will be to us and ready to go for mounting and balancing.

Ok, so All my rims will be there on 5/22(most likely) but we are holdong for the tires? I have a better idea...Remove the tires from the order please. I now have the tires coming from tire-rack and they will be to me this Monday. Let me know if I need to do anything else to get the tires removed from my order. Thanks.
