I just recently got a lot of motor work done new trickflow heads,e303 cam new auto transmission ,I NEED A 5SPEED BUT SHORT ON MONEY RIGHT NOW AND BY THE WAY IT IS A 87GT AND I DID THE MASS AIR CONV,24INJS,1.7 roller rockers .HELP JUST A LITTLE MORE POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your typing sucks, ALL CAPS IS ANNOYING.

But seriously, if you want to help your auto there are quite a few things you can do.

1. Stall
2. Shift Kit
3. Gears

Those alone will get you running with a 5 speed car with equal mods, and you cant miss a shift so you will probably win more often than not in a drag race.


You have aftermarket cams and heads but are using a stock intakes, thats like trying to blow through a straw. Get some quality aftermarket upper and lower intake manifolds, long tubes, x pipe, cat-back. If you want to stay N/A get some underdrive pulleys. If not get a blower.

I agree Shadow. Gears + shift kit +stall = MUCH added quickness. Defenitely change out that upper/lower intake. Also, you didn't mention anything about exhaust mods done so far so that should be next on your list defenitely. Get the sound and performance. Once she can breathe, she can run.
