Default Introducing myself

My names (hmm I wonder...) and Ive got a 2001 Mustang GT. Got a few things done like H&R Sport Springs, Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S 245/45/17s, Mach 1 Grill Delete, H-Pipe with XCelerator Mufflers, Mach 1 Chin Spoiler, K&N Air Filter, Air Silencer Removal, Alpine CDA-9835, and I believe thats it. I keep it simple and add on as I find what I like and money permits. Of course theres always "whats next?" and for my its going to be the Big Brake Kit and the Bullitt Fuel Door sometime soon. Mabye Ill add the strut tower brace with that order but who knows. Heres a few pictures of it.

Welcome to the forums Matt. That grill delete really makes a big difference. Nice looking pony you have there.

Nice car.

That first picture you posted is cool. I like all the flags and the buildings in the background.

Sharp, and as always the recomended Mach 1 chin spoiler, without it... it looks like its missing the chin spoiler! (u know?) also, the first pic looks very 'professional' if maybe there had been a tad more lght on the front? (this forum reminds me i should do aformal introduction... but i will wait till tommoro to get some nice pics of the beast)

Ive got the H&R sport springs and Pirelli P-Zero Nero tires. It handles much better than it did stock with the ****ty worthless Eagles from the factory and the factory springs. It doesnt bounce hard at all. ive still got a great ride and great handling.

Hey Matt,

Have you noticed any scratches on your Chin spoiler since the springs? I was thinking about getting a chin spoiler and the H&R's. I don't want to get the chin spoiler if it will scrape on pavement and all.

Honestly you just have to be careful when parking, ionno how many times I have just raced up to a parking block and you hear that scrape. Gotta love plastic though, scraped, pulled, bent, and smacked the heck outta that chin spoiler and the thing just refuses to die! It's sweet, not a scratch on it after about 8k miles with it.

I actually bent mine on the drivers side from hitting a diagnal parking block. If you look close in the pictures you can see it. Ive scraped it once parking as well at the post office. Other than that I dont have any clearance issues.

Thanks guys. I might consider it after I get my springs and see what kind of clearance I have. It does make the front end stand out a lot, which is why I love it.
