Hi folks. I'm Russ Bellinis. I used to be a 3rd generation Camaro & Firebird fan. I had an 87 Firebird Trans Am, but discovered that because of the hump on the passenger side floor to clear the cat and the subsequent short toe board on the passenger side, that my wife could not ride with me without aggravating her arthritis. I've since sold the Firebird.

Our current vehicles are a Dodge Grand Caravan that my wife wanted because of the ease of folding the seat for extra storage as well as room for the grandkids.

My vehicle is a 2004 Dodge Dakota pick up because I did not want to be without a truck. The Dakota now has over 100,000 miles on it and I'm not sure how much longer it will last before I need to replace it. I'm thinking that if I do decide to replace the Dakota, that I will pull the bed off of it to make a utility trailer, and then look for a 2005-2010 Mustang V6 with a 5 speed to replace the truck and put a trailer hitch on it to pull the trailer on those occasions when I need a truck.

I want the V6 because I'm not interested in drag racing and I think the V6 can be made to handle better than a V8. I'm also confident from what I've seen and read about the 4.0 liter V6 in those cars that I can install a Vortech or similar centrifugal blower with 10#'s or so boost and get a car with performance similar to the 2008 V6 Terlingua that Shelby built with the Paxton blower. As I said I'm much more into canyon carving than drag racing.
