What gauge wire can you use on it and what type of terminal (is it ring terminal)?

Ask and ye shall receive! You can use 0 through 20 gauge. Attached is an image file with the wiring chart with recommended maximum wire lengths per current draw for gauges 0 through 20. This chart is also engraved on the PowerPack 6 for easy reference. Also I attached a PDF of the installation instructions.
I would use ring terminals on the posts when installing. Edit: This thing is built like a tank btw! I can't wait to redo the wiring in my car with one, it should really clean things up!
