Great upgrade for auto tranny guys. Stronger than the 4R70W by about 50lbs of torque capacity, it's otherwise the same bloody thing. Came from a wrecked 2004 5.4L F150. The thing is like new and just sitting in my garage.

First guy with 200 bucks and some time to pick the thing up or arrange for shipping gets it. Comes with torque converter. Yes I entertain offers.

You'll have to transfer your dipstick tube to it.
